Requirement
A new-build 900m² family residence required a complete mechanical package — heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and controls — coordinated with the architect and main contractor from first fix onward.
Challenge
Delivering year-round comfort across a large open-plan property with significant glazing meant balancing simultaneous heating and cooling demands between zones.
Solution
Solux delivered the full mechanical scope, centred on a VRV system providing zoned heating and cooling, alongside hydronic underfloor heating, domestic water services, ventilation and integrated controls.
