Requirement
A residence of approximately 680m² required renewable heating and hot water, zoned comfort cooling, whole-house ventilation and integration with the home automation system.
Challenge
Heat pump hydronic heating and a ten-unit VRV system had to share zones without conflicting, while hot water storage and a backup gas boiler kept peak demand covered.
Solution
Solux delivered the mechanical package as one contract: a 40kW air source heat pump with 850L of hot water storage and a backup gas boiler, a Daikin VRV system with ten indoor units, MVHR ventilation, underfloor heating and controls integrated with Control4.
