Requirement
A bespoke contemporary residence required a complete mechanical package — heating, ventilation, domestic water and luxury bathrooms — served by renewable heat pump plant.
Challenge
The curved architecture and largely glazed elevations left little concealed service space, so pipework, ductwork and external plant had to be routed and positioned without disrupting the design.
Solution
Solux installed two DX heat pumps serving the heating and hot water demand, with distribution throughout the house, ventilation and ductwork, full domestic water services and the complete luxury bathroom installations.
Systems installed
- 2 x DX heat pumps
- Heating system and distribution
- Ventilation and ductwork
- Domestic hot and cold water services
- Luxury bathroom installations
Heating, ventilation and bathrooms delivered under one mechanical contract, with external plant discreetly positioned against the building.
